Classes & Schedules - Ali-Do Martial Arts & KickBoxing Classes Offered At Stilwell Location (19310 Metcalf Ave., Stilwell, KS 66085   Phone:913-897-7572) Ali-Do system of Tae Kwon Do  Guidelines For Class Classes will be taught by Master Instructor Ali Fathollahi, 6th Degree Black Belt and assistant instructors with over 25 years of experience. I.T.F. TaeKwonDo, HapKiDo, Chin-Na, Karate and KickBoxing techniques are taught through the course. What is Ali-Do Tae-Kwon-Do? Ali-Do Tae-Kwon-Do is a combination of I.T.F. Tae-Kwon-Do (Not sport, pure self-defense), Kick-Boxing, Ryubu-Kai Karate and Chin-Na Chinese hand to hand self-defense. Thru practicing this system a person will become a better person mentally and physically by developing better coordination, flexibility, concentration, balance, self-control, self-confidence, self-esteem, respect while learning life saving self-defense techniques. All new students/members will receive a uniform and start the program with 3 private lessons by appointment as part of the enrollment package, during the private lessons the student is taught the basic techniques and etiquette to join the group classes. With the enrollment package the new member will also receive a DVD/VIDEO cassette that covers the basic techniques so he or she can practice with at home, also included is a handbook that covers the requirements of the system. If the student requires more than 3 private lessons to join the group classes than additional lessons are offered at an additional fee.
