Testing Requirements
High Blue to Brown Belt:
- Be able to perform all previous requirements well.
- Be able to perform multiple techniques upon request.
- Perform Toi-Gye Pattern.
- Perform Self-Defense #1 through #20 from both sides.
- Release from all previous grabs and rear choke hold.
- Minimum three rounds of contact sparing.
- Perform 45 clean push-ups below age 40.
Perform 35 clean push-ups above age 40.
- Board Breaking: Kids age 10 and under, one child board with Roundhouse Kick and one child board with Elbow Strike; Women and boys age 11 to 16, one adult child board with Roundhouse Kick and one adult board with Elbow Strike; Men age 17 and above, 2 boards with Elbow Strike.
- Must have been an active high blue belt for at least 6 months.
