Testing Requirements
High Green to Blue Belt:
- Be able to perform all previous requirements well.
- Be able to perform: all forward jumping kicks (Jumping Front, Roundhouse, Side Kick, Ax Kick, Hook Kick and Crescent).
- Be able to perform: Tiger Strike and Twin Finger Strike.
- Be able to perform: Front leg inside sweep, hooking sweep and rear leg sweep.
- Perform Yul-Guk Pattern.
- Perform Self-Defense #1 through #15 from both sides.
- Release from double choke grab and single hand push.
- Minimum two rounds of contact sparing.
- Perform 35 clean push-ups below age 40.
Perform 30 clean push-ups above age 40.
- Board Breaking: Kids age 10 and under, one child board with Knife or Hammer Strike; Women and Boys ages 11 to 16, one adult board with Knife or Hammer Strike; Men ages 17 and above, 2 boards with Knife or Hammer Strike.
- Must have been an active high green belt for at least 6 months.
