Testing Requirements
White to Yellow Belt:
- Know and understand the five tenets.
- Be able to perform: Front Kick, Crescent Kick, Ax Kick, Roundhouse Kick, Side Kick and Knee Strike.
- Be able to perform: Jab, Back Fist, Hammer Fist, Reverse Punch, Knife Hand, Palm Strike, Reverse Knife Strike, Lunge Punch.
- Be able to perform: Push Block, Outside Block, Low Block, Middle Block, High Block.
- Be able to perform: Ready Stance, Horse Stance, Fighting Stance, Power Stance, L-Stance, Parallel Stance.
- Perform Chun-Ji Hyung Pattern.
- Perform Self-Defense #1 through #5 from both sides.
- Release from wrist grab.
- Two rounds of no-contact sparing.
- Perform 15 clean push-ups below age 40.
Perform 10 clean push-ups above age 40.
